Chicken pieces (make slits)Maas1 garlic clove mincedPiece of ginger mincedPaprika Tandoori Spice (any brand from a spice store)Garum Masalajeeru (cumin) powderdhania (coriander) powderFresh lemon juiceFew strands saffronOrange food coloring (powder)
METHOD
Make a marinde using the above and marinate chicken for 1 to 2 hours.
Cook in a hot oven until done and slightly charred.
INFO & TIPS
Replace the maas with plain yoghurt.
