INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken fillet cut into strips ( can be thick , will shred it a little when cooked )1 teaspoon crushed garlic ½ teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon red chili paste Freshly squeezed lemon 1 tablespoon taco seasoning 1 teaspoon jeera powder 1 teaspoon dhana powerr 1 tablespoon mochachos spice 3 tablespoon mayo oil Salt to taste
Tortilla for bowls :2 cups flour pinch salt 1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon baking powder cold milk to make soft dough .
serve with :jalapenos sour cream tomato salsa ( bought from woolies )dhania (coriander)
guacamole :1 avo lemon juice salt 1 tablespoon yoghurt
METHOD
Marinate chicken overnight or atleast 1 hour .
In a pan cook chicken until done . you can add sour cream to chicken when done should yo wish .
Tortilla :
Mix everything together form a soft dough
leave for 10 to 15 minutes
make small balls approx 10 to 12
roll very thin on floured surface
fry both side on tawa approx 7 to 10 seconds
To make the bowl :
you can use steal bowls place 1 tortilla per bowl
place in an oven until crisp and remove
if you dnt like the crisp texture just use it soft
add the chicken and whatever you desire .
