500g chicken breast cut into small bite sized cubes
Marinate for a few hours in:
Salt to taste
2 tablespoon semolina
2 tablespoon chana flour
6 green chillies pounded
1 teaspoon jeeru (cumin)
1 teaspoon dhunia
1 grated onion
Half bunch chopped dhania (coriander)
Quarter bunch chopped mint leaves
Just before frying beat 2 eggs slightly and mix in..then add 1 teaspoon baking powder..fry in deep oil..
