1 kg chicken fillet (cut into cubes)1 teaspoon Inna Paarman's cajun chicken spice 1 teaspoon chicken spice 1 teaspoon garlic salt ½ teaspoon pure spice green chilli garlic paste 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic 1 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 tablespoons double thick yogurt ½ teaspoon crushed chillies 1 teaspoon lemon pepperSesame seeds for garnish Skewers1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
Mix together all ingredients in a dish and add in chicken. Marinate for 1 hour, thread chicken onto skewers, grill on a grill pan. Once chicken is done baste with sweet chilli sauce.
Serve with chips, sweet chilli sauce and mayonnaise.
