INGREDIENTS
1 kilo chicken filletFat trimmed1 tablespoon garlic2 tablespoons lemon juice2 tablespoons mayo2 tablespoons red ginger garlic/peri peri masala6 tablespoons hot mochachos spice2 tablespoons oil
METHOD
Mix all ingredients together. Add little water to make a paste.Mallet chicken fillet without cutting in half. I find the fillet stays nice, juicy and thick for the buns.Cut into bun size pieces.Marinate overnight or at least 1 hour.Fry in dollops of ghee (Clarified butter) on both sides until done.
Toast buns on the inside only with butter.Arrange in following steps:Tomato sauceSliced cheeseLettuce and sliced tomatoFilletMayoChipsSteers Burger Relish sauce
INFO & TIPS
If you eat mild add half mild and half hot mochachos spice.
