INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken ½ teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon kashmiri chillie powder2 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala½ teaspoon chicken spice1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)Salt to taste¼ cup nandos sauce 3 tablespoon chilli mayo (honchos)lemon juice to taste1 teaspoon lemon pepper 1 tablespoon tomato sauce Handful of fried onions ¼ cup waterButter/oil
METHOD
Marinate with above ingredients and cook with butter/oil, allow to braise and oil to show, Now add water and cook through, garnish and serve with paratha and veggies.
