INGREDIENTS
½ kg chicken fillet/ small bone pieces1 medium size onion2 small size tomatoes4 tablespoon. ghee (Clarified butter)1 teaspoon. zeera/ cumin seeds1 teaspoon. ginger garlic2 medium size capsicum/ green pepper¼ teaspoon. turmeric powder2 tablespoon. crushed chillies 2 teaspoon. red chilli powder1 teaspoon. white pepper2 teaspoon. chicken spice2 teaspoon. salt
METHOD
In a pot, heat your ghee (Clarified butter)/oil and add in your onions and cook till light brownAdd in ginger garlic and zeera and mix for 20 secondsAdd in your tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes soften. Add in your chicken and chilli and cook properly till the chicken is 90% cooked (add water if it is getting stuck to the pot)Add in your spices and mix and cook for 2 minutesAdd in ¾ cup water and your green chillies and cook with the lid and cook till the water amount(in the gravy) is reduced to ¼ cup ENJOY
