1 kg Chicken fillet cubed big chunksMarinate in:1 teaspoon salt Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 teaspoon lemon pepper ½ teaspoon cajun spice1 teaspoon chicken spice 1 teaspoon ginger garlic masala 1 teaspoon green masala 1 tablespoon mayo2 tablespoon peri peri sauce 1 tablespoon nandos lemon and herb2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce Cook above in ghee (Clarified butter).
Creamy pastaBoil 2 cups pastaBraise 1 small onion in ghee (Clarified butter). Add in ½ cup chopped robot peppers ½ tin creamstyle sweetcorn ¼ cup sour cream ⅓ cup fresh cream ½ teaspoon rustic garlic and herb spiceCook a bit.Add in pasta.Toss well
