1 kg minute steak cut into piecesLemon 🍋 juice 3 tablespoon mochachos spice (I used my own brand)3 tablespoon tomato 🍅 sauce 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red masala 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic Cook till done.Lastly add 2 teaspoon spice & ½ cup cream. SimmerGarnish with greens I served with potato 🥔 wedges & rotis
