INGREDIENTS

Chicken cut in 4 with skin onNandos garlic sauce1 teaspoon crushed garlic3 tablespoon vinegarPinch of turmericSalt to tasteSauce6 tablespoon butterNandos peri peri sauce2 tablespoon mayonnaise

METHOD

Marinate chicken in all ingredients
Melt butter add half bottle of nandos peri peri
Take off heat add mayo
braai (bbq) chicken
Wen well done dip cuked chicken in sauce
