Made slightly different(Can use Shrimp/Hake deboned skin off fillets)4 small cubed chicken fillets Marinate with½ teaspoon garlic1 teaspoon ginger garlic2 teaspoon green chilli paste1 teaspoon crushed jeera1 tablespoon lemon pepper spice½ teaspoon tumeric (optional)1 teaspoon black pepper powder or white1Tblsp any chicken spice1 teaspoon Dhana jeera mixSalt1 teaspoon lemon juiceMix all togetherKeep asideMarinade 400g Prawn Meat cut or chopped small 1 teaspoon garlic2 tablespoon lemon juice+-1 teaspoon Peri Peri spice1 tablespoon Fish spice (Robertson's or any whitish fish spice)Keep asideIn a pan braise 1 small chopped onion With 3 tablespoon butterAdd the marinated chicken fillets (Add handful of green peppers and handful of sweet corn (optional)
Cook when almost doneREMOVE FROM STOVENOW:Add to chicken this paste made with little water (if you prefer white look then use milk) 2-3 tablespoon mild chilli coconut cook in sauce(Or chicken Al la king soup)And 2 teaspoon corn flour Add to the chickenPlace Pan back on stoveAdd the prawn mixture tossfor 5minutesAdd Mayonnaise . Creamy .garlic sauceAnd any white salad dressingTo the mixtureCook adjust the salt chilli pepper tasteLet it coolLittle mint (optional)Add in chopped chives or shallotAnd chopped dhania (coriander) Mixture must not be wetEnjoyTIPCan use coconut cream also instead if the sauceFill rockets samoosas springrolls
