RECIPE
Marinate one chicken with:
¼ lemon
2 heaped teaspoon Peri peri masala
Origanum
Parsley
2 heaped teaspoon Crushed garlic
2 tablespoon Portuguese chicken spice
2 tablespoon steers peri peri sauce
2 tablespoon Minnie's Mozambique mild peri peri sauce
Place chicken on a tray with blobs of butter bake till almost done then put sauce over and let it simmer till chicken is done
Sauce:
65g butter
125g fresh cream
3-4 tablespoon Mozambique sauce
Ps:if u want more saucy then double the sauce recipe
