INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoon butter2 tablespoon olive oil1 onion choppedJeera seeds*¹1 carrot grated1 potato grated3 chicken fillets cubed*²1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper1/4 teaspoon black pepper1/4 teaspoon white pepper1/4 teaspoon mixed herbs2 teaspoon garlic1 teaspoon green chilliesSalt to taste 1 put knorr thick veg soup1 Cup tap water2 Cup milk2 Cup boiling water*³1 can creamstyle sweetcorn1 Cup fresh cream2 tablespoon milk powderChopped coriander to garnishRed chilli flakes
METHOD
Braise the onion and jeera in the oil and butter until translucent Add in chicken and spices and braise for couple seconds then add in 2 Cup boiling water and allow to cook the chicken, about 7 minutes
Mix together soup pack, 2 Cup milk and 1 Cup tap water, add to pot with creamstyle corn. Allow to boil and thicken.Before serving mix together the fresh cream and milk powder and add to soup
