Boil little less than half packet spagetti in salt In a wok or pan Melt 3 tablespoon butter 1 teaspoon garlic And 250g stir fry veges 1Tblsp lemon pepper 1 tablespoon Cajun spice Little salt +- 1 teaspoon green crushed chilli Add white pepper (optional) Cook till veg is done and crunchy Add thin strips of 2 chicken fillets Little shallot (spring onion) 1 teaspoon ginger garlic 1 tablespoon chilli paste or Red masala (optional) When chicken soft Add 450g cleaned deveined shelled prawn that was marinated with Aminas sweet sour sauce and ½ teaspoon sesame seeds Stir fry till prawn is done 3-4 minutes Add the spagetti or any pasta you prefer Lastly add as you require Soy sauce and some Worcester sauce Stir fry then garnish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and green chopped dhania (coriander) (optional) It must be slightly saucy not dry Enjoy
