INGREDIENTS
500gram Chicken fillets cut in chunky pieces2 tablespoon butter2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oilFresh garlic1 teaspoon Chilli flakes½ teaspoon Aminas green MasalaDried oregano Crushed black pepper¼ teaspoon dhania (coriander) jeera powder (optional) to cut out meat smell500gram Monteverde Italian Pasatta Fresh basilGalbani Mozzarella½ teaspoon lemon juiceParmesan
METHOD
Melt butter, add olive oilAdd garlic, chilli flakes, dhania (coriander) jeera powder, green masalaSaute for a small bitAdd chicken pieces, add oregano, crushed black pepper and lemon juice and salt to tasteCook chicken ¾ way, add Passata and fresh basil, cover and allow to cook for about 10mins, once done add parmesan and place slices off mozzarella, allow it to melt without mixing.Serve with Ciabatta bread slices.
INFO & TIPS
Its name is given, as the mozzarella melts on top like pizza.
Chilli flakes are optional, I like a little spice in my food.
Dhania jeera pwd is also optional dnt like the smell in meat, and obviously green masala is not italian, but gives a good kick to the meal.
