1 kg Chicken fillets cut in chunky Cubes1 chopped OnionHandful chopped Green Pepper2 tablespoon melted butter or ghee (Clarified butter)2 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste½ teaspoon garlic1 tablespoon Paprika2 tablespoon aminas tandoori paste1 teaspoon dhana jeera½ teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder1 teaspoon green chilli paste1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon crushed red chilli1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 teaspoon vinegar or lemon juice½ cup yoghurt or maas2 tablespoon Tomato Sauce1 tablespoon mayonnaiseMint. ThymeMix all together keep aside for 1 hour or overnightCook on stove or Skottel
Cook till done but it must be juicy not too dryAdd Mayonnaise to enhance the flavour and Chilli Garnish with chopped green dhania (coriander)Serve with creamy garlic rolls or naan rotis And simple Carrot and onion saladEnjoy
