INGREDIENTS
500g cubed chicken fillet Marinate: 1 teaspoon garlic1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder1 teaspoon jeera powderHalf teaspoon chilli powderHalf teaspoon turmericHalf teaspoon ground pepper 1 teaspoon chilli pasteSalt to taste 2 or 3 tablespoons of Aminas butter chicken masala Quarter cup plain yoghurt 2 tablespoons tomato paste2 tablespoons honey
1 cup cream half cup milk Chopped dhania (coriander)
METHOD
Marinate fillet in spices mentioned, sauté a teaspoon of garlic in butter or ghee (Clarified butter). Add marinated chicken and cook until done. Lastly add cream and milk and let it thicken abit and then add chopped dhania (coriander) and serve.
