2 chicken fillets (500 g) Rest of ingredients in method below:
1. Cut chicken into strip2. Marinade for 30 minutes: 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 1/2 teaspoon crushed pepper 1 teaspoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon chilli powder Lemon juice squeeze3 tablespoon Nando’s garlic sauce (I used garlic mayo)3 tablespoon Nando’s mild sauce ( I used bushveld braai (bbq)) 3. Heat oils, cook , add water to keep saucy Rice1. Boil 1.5 cups rice with salt and turmeric2. Drain , wash with cold water and set aside 3. Slice 1 onion fine, cut 1 green pepper into cubes 4. heat 3 tablespoon butter , add 1 teaspoon lemon pepper, 2 teaspoon spice for rice ,1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice). Add peppers & onions 5. Once onion is soft add it all to the rice and mix wellSteam for 10 minutes. To serve :Layer rice in bowls, too with saucy chicken and enjoy !
