- Braise onion in a pot till translucent- Add the chicken mince and fry till it changes colour- Add the garlic paste and mix well- Add the rest of the spices and tomato paste and cook till moisture is dried out. Set aside - In a jug mix well the ingredients of step II. Keep aside. - Bring a pot of water to boil, and boil the sliced potatoes for 4 to 5mn. Keep aside. Assembling- In an oven safe dish, layer some potatoes, chicken mince, grated cheese, chopped dhana. Do this procedure 2 times. - The third layer add the remaining potatoes, pour all the cream over, then grated cheese, chopped dhana and some chilli flakes - Bake in an 180°C oven for 45mn.
