My Simple Style
RECIPE
You will Require :
1 whole Chicken skin removedCleaned and washedSteam in pot for +- 8 minutesWith just 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic pasteTurn on each side for 4 minutes eachTill the outer looks whitishLet it cool
MARINADE2 tablespoon Aminas Tikka marinade2 tablespoon Aminas Wet Chicken Masala2 tablespoon Magic masala or any Red Masala1 teaspoon again of Ginger Garlic paste 1 tablespoon any chicken spice1 tsdp Dhana Jeera mix¼ teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon paprikaRosemary and thyme Little lemon juice4 tablespoon oil/ ghee (Clarified butter) mixedSalt to TasteMix to a paste and rub over the Chicken and in the cavity I kept it overnight in fridgeTo Make the RoastBake in oven at 180* for +- 1 and ½ (Half) Hour in a deep Pot or Casserole Cover with a Lid or FoilHalf way through turn it over slowlyKeep basting the gravy overWhen doneAdd Little Prego sauce, or homemade Red Chutney Sauce, Mayo, Tomato and Dash of Worcester sauce to the GravyBefore serving Remove the foil or lidLet it grill slightly for 5 minutesServe Hot with the gravy over With Pan Toasted Buttered rolls simple Carrot and Onion salads and Masala Fried ChipsThis was yummy 😋
