Cut and rinse chicken. Place in a bowlSprinkle all the spices and rub in. Add about half a cup of flour into the bowl and toss chicken. In a wide pot, heat oil then add the chicken. Do not wash out the bowl that the chicken was in. Braise for 5 minutes. Add onions and tomatoes and salt with a little bit of water and mix. Cook between 20 to 25 minutes,keep adding water. Put the potatoes and mixed veg. In the bowl that had the chicken, add a little water to form a thin paste. When potatoes are soft, pour the paste into the pot, a little at a time and keep stirring. Stop adding when desired texture is reached.
