INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken fillet processed ( don't over mince it )2 teaspoon ground green chillies2 teaspoon fresh ground red chilliesSalt to taste½ teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon crushed Jeeru (Cumin)1 curry spoon melted ghee (Clarified butter)7 slices bread ( soak in water)Handful of chopped fresh dhania (coriander)
METHOD
Mix all ingredients together by hand.Squeeze & drain out excess water from the bread & add to your mixtureRoll into kebabs using melted ghee (Clarified butter) or oil on your handsFry in a non stick frying pan on medium hot deep oil until cooked throughDrain in colanderBefore serving steam in Corningware / casserole dish with blobs of butter & few tablespoon Lemon juice in the microwaveCan be served with Puris or added to tomato chutney for kebab chutney.
