INGREDIENTS
• 1 kg chicken fillet processed ( don't over mince it )• 2 teaspoon ground green chillies• 2 teaspoon fresh ground red chillies• Salt to taste• ½ teaspoon black pepper• 1 teaspoon crushed Jeeru (Cumin)• 1 curry spoon melted ghee (Clarified butter)• 7 slices bread ( soak in water)• Handful of chopped fresh dhania (coriander)
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients together by hand.- Squeeze & drain out excess water from the bread & add to your mixture- Roll into kebabs using melted ghee (Clarified butter) or oil on your hands- Fry in a non stick frying pan on medium hot deep oil until cooked through- Drain in colander- Before serving steam in Corningware / casserole dish with blobs of butter & few tablespoon Lemon juice in the microwave- Can be served with Puris or added to tomato chutney for kebab chutney.
