½ kg cubed chicken fillet Oil and 3 tablespoon butter 1 teaspoon garlic ¼ teaspoon crushed black pepper ¼ teaspoon white pepper ( optional ) 1 teaspoon Dhana powder ½ teaspoon jeera powder ½ teaspoon red chili ½ teaspoon egg yellow powder Salt to taste 3 tablespoon Greek yogurt 250ml fresh cream ( preferably double thick cream ) ½ cup full cream milk 2 tablespoon sugar Freshly chopped dhania (coriander) (optional )
In a pot cook chicken with all the spices accept egg yellow . Cook chicken until Done then add the Greek yogurt . Add the egg yellow , fresh cream and milk and lastly sugar . Simmer on low for about 5 minutes .
