RECIPE

Boil in the microwave 2-3 Potatoes washed peeled cut in cubes With little tumeric to give it a light lemony colour and 1 teaspoon Salt Till nice and soft Now In a pot on the stove add2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) and 3 tablespoon oilAdd ½ teaspoon Mustard seedsAdd ½ teaspoon Whole Jeera seedsFew curry leaves½ teaspoon sliced garlic+-1 teaspoon ground or chopped Green chilliAllow to braiseNow add all your drained Steam potatoesCook for +-5-10min until the spices are well infused with the PotatoAdd a dash of lemon juice for a slight tang this is optionalGarnish with Chopped Green dhania (coriander)
Serving SuggestionServe as a side for any dish Or Roti Roll with achar😋
