Scrub and wash potatoesPierce holes all over with forkMicrowave spaced apart under cover for 5-10minutes until potato is fully cooked.Remove and spray with oil and sprinkle salt all overBake at 200deg in air fryer for 15-20minutes until skin is crispy, flip halfway.Slit lengthwise and squeeze ends with tongs to open.Mash potato inside the skin with a forkSeason and add butter and mix againAdd toppings
