INGREDIENTS
125g butter
¼ cup cocoa
1 cup water
Boil together
Cream together:
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
Then add
½ cup oil
¼ cup milk
¼ cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon bicarb
2 cups flour
METHOD
Mix together with boiled mixture,and beat till a smooth batter is formed
Pour into greased pyrex/brownie pan and bake at 180 for ±35 minutes
SAUCE
60g butter
One third cup buttermilk
¾ cup castor sugar
¼ cup cocoa
Boil together
Pour whilst hot over hot brownie...allow to cool
Melt any 2 lindt slabs of choice with 2 tablespoon nutella,add just enough nestle cream to make a spread able ganache..put over brownie and serve with ice cream or custard...
