2 cups of sugar2 cups of cake flour above should be sifted into a bowl 2 medium sized eggs1 teaspoon baking powder ½ cup buttermilk 2 teaspoon vanilla essence Cocoa Mixture to be made on stove and should reach boiling point without lumps :1/2cup oil1 cup of water 8.5 tablespoon butter margarine ½ cup Cocoa Sticky sauce to be made on stove and should reach boiling point without lumps:3tbs buttermilk 4 tablespoon butter 2.5 tablespoon Cocoa 1 ½ cups of Icing sugar
1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. 2. Mix all other ingredients to dry mixture. 3. Mix all the boiled ingredients to the initial mixture and mix thoroughly, no lumps to be left. 4. Grease a Pyrex bowl of choice woth butter, then pour chocolatey mixture into it. 5. Bake brownies at 180' for 35 minutes +- (check by poking a knife whether it's ready to come out of the oven or not). 6. Remove brownies from oven, loosen the ends, cut into squares and pour the boiled sticky chocolate sauce over brownies, emsuring it gets soaked by the brownies. 7. Decorate with something of your preference.
