RECIPE
Chocolate drip cake

250 grams soft butter
1 1⁄2 cups sugar
Beat the above till light and fluffy
Then add 4 eggs one at a time and 2 teaspoon vanilla essence and beat well
2 ¾ cups flour
4 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup sifted cocoa powder
Lastly add
1 ¼ cup milk
1 teaspoon coffee dissolved in alittle hot water (optional)
Add and mix together till well combined and a smooth batter is formed
bake cake on 180ºC for 35-40 minutes till done
Once cool you can sandwich cakes with buttercream
I baked 4 cakes and sandwiched with buttercream
And cover the entire cake in buttercream
Then put cakes in the freezer for half and hour
Once done pour ganache over.
Put some ganache in a piping bag and make more drips around the cake (long drips/short drips etc
Decorate as desired
