Beat eggs and sugar until its white and fluffy..and in oil and beat a little more,add vanilla essence..mix cocoa and coffee in boiling water and add to mixture,lastly sift in flour and baking powder and mix well..bake at 180 for about 30 minutes or until done
GanacheHeat milk in a saucepan,add butter,mix until melted then add in chocolate and stir until chocolate is melted.

Leave ganache to thicken a bit and cool slightly before decorating..top with chopped pecans and almonds
