INGREDIENTS
1 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
2Tblsp sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 tablespoon melted butter
METHOD
Mix dry ingredients. Whisk eggs and milk and add
to dry mixture. Add melted butter. let stand for
15 minutes. before using.
