INGREDIENTS
(Step 1)400g cake flour150g sugar20g baking powder8g salt
(Step 2)400ml milk20ml oil4 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla essence
METHOD
Use a kitchen scale to measure step 1 ingredients.Sift step 1 ingredients together.Beat step 2 ingredients together and add to step 1 and beat until combined.Brush a small pan with oil using silicone brush and pour thin layer using a deep ladle. Cook on low heat until bubbles cover the surface, flip and cook on other side until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream and syrups/toppings of choice.

Can be made into small pancakes as well.
Makes a very large batch.
Store extras in ziploc bag in the fridge.
