1 onion cut into thin sliced rings
7 tablespoon flour
Oil for deep frying
Pinch of salt
½ cup milk
Dip sliced onion rings into egg and milk mix one at a time and dunk into flour then placing gently into already heated oil
(the secret for nice shaped onion rings is to have the oil nice and hot to maintain shape and crispness without becoming too dark and flimsy so do not overfry)
Fry a few at a time (so I recommend to actually fry these rings while you are busy with frying the chips separately or burger patti etc) to keep all nice and warm to eat!
2 minutes should golden brown each individual side and then u r ready to serve! Enjoy!:)
