1 ¼ cup self raising flour1 tablespoon yoghurt1 tablespoon cornflour1 tablespoon butter½ teaspoon salt½ cup lukewarm milk
1.)Rub the butter into the flour.2.)Add the salt, cornflour, yoghurt and mix.3.)Add the milk and knead to form a stretchy dough.4.)Roll and cut into any shape/size of your choice.5.)Deep Fry in Medium hot oil till they puff up, turn and fry the other side then remove and drain oil out on kitchen tissue.
