INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups cake flour 3 teaspoon baking powder 1 ½ Tablespoon sugar1 teaspoon fine salt 1 ¼ cup milk1 eggDrop of vanilla essence 3 Tablespoon soft butter Strawberries Fresh Cream
METHOD
In a mixing bowl, Sift cake flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, whisk eggs, soft butter, vanilla essence and milk, allow this to rest for a few minutes before adding to the flour mixture. Combine both to a pourable batter.
On a pre heated tawa or non stick frying pan, brush a little oil, using a sauce bottle or ladle pour in rounds to cook few minutes, a show of bubbles appear, flip and cook until the edges starts to brown.Serve these warm.
Blobs of fresh cream and strawberries.
