INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups flour3 teaspoon baking powderA pinch of salt3 tablespoon butter melted1 teaspoon vanilla essence ce1 ½ cups milk¼ cup sugar ( we like it sweet)1 egg
METHOD
Mix together the dry ingredients until you feel it's light enough. Could be a minute of mixing, could be more. You're the boss lolBeat the egg and milk. Beat it like its a competition! Add the wet to the dry. It will look not so pancakey but trust the process. Mix well. Add the vanilla essence and lastly the melted butter. It will now be a smooth velvet beautiful batter ready for cooking or tasting raw. Whatever you fancy. Cook on a non sticky pan by using spray and cook or a little butter. Use one full spoon. When bubbles form, flip over and stack. Serve with maple syrup drizzling over, butter melting and oozing and a hot cup of Java or Chai.
