Pocket Style Pani puriNot crispy and cut like pocketMy style Dough2 cups flour2-3 tablespoon melted butter1 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon baking powder½ teaspoon yeast¼ teaspoon sugarAdd little of Whole jeera. Green crushed chilli and chopped green dhania (coriander)Make a soft doughWith 1Tblsp yoghurt and warm milk and waterRoll out dough cut small disc I( not thin )Fry light gold in colourIt won't be too crispy as I like it a bit doughy Make mash potatoAdd green chilli chopped onion ,( I used red) chopped (braise it slightly for 2min ) mayo little jeera little butter and milkStuff filling in pockets Enjoy with. amli (tamerine) sauce or any Red chutney
