
Nylon Khaman(bharuchi Style)

11/2 cup Chana flour
2 teaspoon citric acid
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon Eno powder
¾ cup water
For syrup
Green chillies chopped(according to taste)
Mustard seeds
3 tablespoon sugar
1 cup water
METHOD
Take Chana flour add citric acid,salt and sugar mix with water and make paste.
Then add in baking powder and eno and mix well.
As soon as u add Eno then pour in steamer tray (the water should boil then u place the try) and steam for 15 minutes
For syrup
Cracker mustard add green chillies and fry then add in water and sugar.
Bring it boil.
Pour it on khaman.
