Marinate 500g chicken fillet strips chicken in :1 teaspoon green chilli paste1 teaspoon red chilli paste1 teaspoon Mexican strip spice2 teaspoon garlic puree1 teaspoon ginger garlic1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon pepper1 teaspoon lemon an herb1 teaspoon bbq spice1 teaspoon chicken spiceHalf teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin)Half teaspoon corriander1 teaspoon garlic granulesHalf teaspoon tumeric1 tablespoon ketchupJuice of half a lemonVegetables :1 Onion sliced1 carrot sliced into strips1 green pepper sliced1 orange or red pepper slicedSauces:2 tablespoon mustard4 tablespoon ketchup3 tablespoon sweet chilli 2 tablespoon steers peri peri sauce2 tablespoon Maggie tamarind said
METHOD
Saute 2 cloves of garlic sliced in 3 tablespoon olive oil till lightly brown then add chicken strips an cook for 8min then add in the vegetables an stir fry for a minute an the sauces an allow to cook together for 7 minutes
