1 kg chicken cut in pieces(make slits on it)1 teaspoon Kashmiri chillie powder2 teaspoon crushed chillie1 teaspoon coriander powder1 teaspoon cumin powder½ teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon chicken spice1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon crushed garlic1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste2 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon mayonnaise2 tablespoon tomatoe paste1 tablespoon ground almonds ¼ cup melted butterParsley for sprinkling1 small onion cut in rings
Preheat oven to 175 degrees.1. Marinate chicken with all the ingredients except the butter and parsley for about 2 hours.2. Line a baking tray with foil. Place chicken on foil. (I put it in a dish without foil)3. Sprinkle onion rings and parsley over. (don't skip this!)4. Drizzle or grate butter over.5. Place in oven for 40 minutes or till done. 6. Serve immediately with your favourite side dishes.
