INGREDIENTS
Chicken on bone .I prefer baby chicken in pieces.I never use chicken fillet.SaltTumeric ½ teaspoonWhite pepperPounded green chillies (not green masala)TalbinaOatsFresh garlic slicedFresh ginger slicesI love to put a little more ginger and garlicGrated onionghee (Clarified butter)/oilFresh chopped dhania (coriander)
METHOD
I boil a few teaspoon oats in water and liquidised keep aside.make an onion vagaar .when it turns a little pink add tumeric ginger and garlic allow to braise for a few minutes add chicken pepper salt and green chillies cook with ½ cup water.add oats simmer .take 2 tablespoon talbina mix in cup of water smoothen it so no lumps assist.add to pot .be careful not to scorch.I prefer using nonstick pot.simmer.lastly add boiling water ¾ of pot boil on medium heat till pot has half water.tge first time I made this soup I made as above ....but now I sliced ring of carrots when it water was added and it tasted yummy.Feed piping hot .enjoy get well soon.Chop fresh dhania (coriander)
