1kg Chicken 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Masala1 teaspoon Salt1 teaspoon Turmeric 1 teaspoon Rough Red Chillies1 teaspoon Fine Red Chillies2 teaspoon Dherna Jeeroo Powder3 tablespoon Lemon Juice2 tablespoon mayonnaise 125gr butter 125grs butter1 onion finely chopped 2 tomatoes grated1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon turmeric½ tablespoon ginger garlic masala 250 ml fresh cream
METHOD
Butter Chicken 1kg Chicken 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Masala1 teaspoon Salt1 teaspoon Turmeric 1 teaspoon Rough Red Chillies1 teaspoon Fine Red Chillies2 teaspoon Dherna Jeeroo Powder3 tablespoon Lemon Juice2 tablespoon Mayonnaise Marinate the above and cook in 125gr butter on low heat till chicken is cooked In a separate pot cook 125grs butter1 onion finely chopped 2 tomatoes grated1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon turmeric½ tablespoon ginger garlic masala When the chicken is cooked and the tomatoes chutney is cooked through mix and place in an oven proof dish Pour over 250ml fresh cream mix and grill for 15 minutes @ 180 Enjoy with Garlic or Butter Naan
