1x chicken,butterflied/ cut in 8'sMarinate with:Olive OilJuice of 2 lemons 1tbs garlic1 teaspoon fine chillies1 teaspoon coarse chillies1 teaspoon robertsons portugese spice2 whole green chillies shreded up1 teaspoon salt. Leave for a few hours or overnite. Place in an oven tray cover and bake for 45 minutes. Cut about 60g butter all over chicken and grill until golden but not dry. Make a sauce, by liquidizing mint, chillie, lemon and steers peri peri sauce. Serve with Chips & Riceor Portuguese rolls and salad. Enjoy😋
