6 drumsticks 4 chicken fillets (cut in big pirces)1 tablespoon Ginger garlic¼ cup maas SaffronMARINATEXxxxxxxxTake 2 tablespoon almond powder or slivered almondsAdd ½ teaspoon poppy seeds (optional) Stamp it together or blend it fine XxxxxxxxToast 2 cinnamon sticks 2 cloves 2 Elachi (cardomom) pods 1 star aniseed in a pan Remove and blend these all together(you may leave it if you prefer whole spices OR USE 1 teaspoon Garam Masala) Fry 1 sliced onion till light golden colour in 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)With 2 Bay leaves3 tablespoon Aminas Chicken wet spice (almost dry) one1 tablespoon Aminas Tikka wet marinade (in bottle) 1 teaspoon dry Chicken Tikka SUN BRAND spice1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder (add more) ¼ teaspoon crushed red red chilliFew drop Lemon juiceBIG Pinch tumeric1 teaspoon saltMix all together and keep for few hoursWhen Ready cook on medium heat Not too dryGarnish with slivered almonds and 1 slit green chilli and green dhania (coriander)SERVING SUGGESTIONStir fry fresh Oriental veg with 2 minutes noodles(cook veges in butter salt Aromat (a South African Spice) pepper green chilli paste when done add some Worcestershure sauce or Soy to taste And or with rolls naan roti ENJOY
