Tandoori Chicken Reloaded! 🔥
Ramadhan reminds us that after a long fast, we actually need less food than we think.
My leftover tandoori chicken got a makeover! Blitzed with onions and peppers, sauced up, and stuffed between pan-fried, semolina-coated yeast bread. Crispy outside, flavorful inside🌶

Dough
3 cups flour1 teaspoon salt2 tablespoon sugar3 tablespoon oil1 egg1 teaspoon yeast
Form dough with lukewarm milk and water mixed.Leave to rise until doubled in size. Roll out rounds discs Brush with oil and stack 2 discs together.Coat in semolina then pan fry until done.
Open and fill with chicken filling.
I added mayonnaise, veri peri dynamite sauce, tomato sauce and steers creamy jalapeno sauce to the chicken and mixed to make a saucy filling. Was delicious 😋 الحمدلله
