1⁄4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil
Approx 2 cups low fat milk
1 kg chicken fillet - cut into small cubes
1 tablespoon garlic
1⁄2 teaspoon ginger
Ground green chillies ( I put 1 tablespoon )
1 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic and herb spice
Salt to taste
7 tablespoon mayo
A good amount of finely chopped fresh dhania (coriander)
1 cup mozzarella cheese - grated
for pancake :
Add flour and salt to bowl ,Then crack egg in the middle with oil and 125ml of milk and start whisking in flour slowly , gradually add milk , batter should be runny , add more milk if it's not runny .
When frying make sure pancakes are thin and small , use a very small size pan to make pancakes
In a pot add oil and the ginger garlic and green masala let this braise until you get a nice smell( braise on medium heat ) add the chicken cubes as well as the remaining dry spices mix and On low to cook completely . Of the stove add the mayo immediately and mix it in , let it cool for 5 minutes add the cheese and dhania (coriander) .
Make flour paste to stick pancake close
Dip in eggs and bread crumbs .
