1 cup flour 1 cup milk1 tablespoon melted butter 1 tablespoon sugar1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 eggPinch of salt Pinch of nutmeg Cinnamon swirl mixture (mix together):½ teaspoon cinnamon powder ½ teaspoon cocoa powder 1 tablespoon melted butter 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Mix the wet ingredients for the pancake together with a whisk then fold in the dry ingredients. Pour spoonfuls of batter onto a hot greased pan. When bubbles start to appear, drizzle the cinnamon mixture on top and flip over. When cooked drizzle with white icing.
