RECIPE
I measure with kitchen scale
300g cake flour
Pinch of salt
50 ml castor sugar
10g instant dry yeast
Mix together
60g butter (softened)
50ml lukewarm milk
Beat 1 egg
100ml lukewarm water
Add milk and butter together with beaten egg and enough lukewarm water to form a soft dough.knead well till smooth
Allow to rise
Knock down and roll on a floured surface into a rectangle
Spread generously with melted butter,brown sugar and cinnamon powder.
Roll the dough up like a swissroll..cut into equal sizes using a sharp knife..place the slices cut side down in a greased baking tray (leave space for rising)...cover and allow to rise till double in size
Bake in a preheated oven on 180 for ± 20 minutes
Cover with a cloth and allow to cool.
TOPPING
½ tin caramel treat
± ½ tin Nestle cream
Mix nestle cream in caramel treat until u get the right consistency..pour over cinnabons.
