Salted Caramel Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS

1 Tub vanilla ice cream
1 tin caramel treat
1 tin dessert cream
½ teaspoon salt
crunchie chocolate

METHOD

Let vanilla ice cream soften
In a sauce pan throw in dessert cream,caramel treat and salt -mix all together and heat on stove till it simmers.
Once heated- allow to cool for 5 minutes and add mixture to ice cream.
Chop crunchie in to pieces
Mix together with and mix with handbeater till smooth.
Freeze overnight

INFO & TIPS

Add to tupperware or ice cream mold of choice.
To decorate use diddle daddle and cruchie pieces.
