1 cup rice (par boiled and drained)3 teaspoon oil ½ small onion (chopped)1 ½ medium tomatoes (liquidised)Salt to taste ½ teaspoon paprika powderPinch of arad (Turmeric)3 teaspoon Dried Basil
1.) Cook onion in oil till golden brown.2.) Add the tomatoes, basil and spices- cook on medium heat until the oil comes to the top, then add the par boiled rice and leave to steam on low until the rice is fully cooked.3.) Sprinkle more basil over the top before serving.
