Marinate 1kg fillet cubes in:1 tablespoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 1 teaspoon salt½ tin Tomato 🍅 puree ¼ cup fresh cream 1 cup double yogurt 2 teaspoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon garam masala 1 tablespoon oil2 tablespoon @mrsP's tandoori masala Cook till done. Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander). I served with savoury rice and masala wedges
Cook 2 cups rice with arad (Turmeric) and salt ½ way. Rinse. Melt 100 g butter. Add in1 Chopped onion1 cup Chopped mushrooms1 cup Chopped coloured peppers 1 cup Frozen corn2 Grated carrots2 teaspoon Spice for rice,2 teaspoon peri peri powder, curry leaves, 2 teaspoon garlic flakes. Stir fry above. Add to rice and leave to steam.
